If you have created an Esri Merch Store account, you can view your order history. Login to your account here. If you checked out as a guest and have not created a login you may access your order with your order number here.
We offer standard shipping through USPS.
- Standard delivery: estimated 3-8 business days.
- Some items may be back-ordered but will be restocked within a few days. Your entire order will be held until all items are available to ship. If the delay is more than one week we will notify you via email.
WHERE WE SHIP
We ship to the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska. Currently, we are unable to ship to international addresses, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, and US territories.
If applicable, sales tax will be applied to your order. Any sales tax will be shown during the checkout process.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. Debit cards backed by a credit company listed above are also accepted.
For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. You may receive an error message during the checkout process if the information provided is inaccurate or does not match your records.
Once your order is placed, you will receive the following emails:
- The order confirmation email indicates that we have received your order. It includes your order number and details of the products ordered and order status.
- The shipping confirmation email notifies that your order has shipped.
BACK ORDERED ITEMS

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes. Please contact customer service to return your order.
